1. The Tissot at Rockwell Nepo Pop-up Raffle Promo shall run from July 28, 2023 to August 17, 2023.
2. The promo is available to anyone who meets the following criteria within the promo period:

   a. At least 18 years of age with a Philippine address

   b. Buyers of Tissot watch/es at the Tissot at Rockwell Nepo Pop-up at the Rockwell Nepo Sales Lounge located at the Ground Floor, eNtec 1, Angeles City

3. A customer/client may claim one (1) raffle ticket when they purchase one (1) Tissot watch at Tissot at Rockwell Nepo Pop-up.
4. Should a customer/client purchase more than one (1) Tissot watch, they are eligible to get the corresponding quantity of raffle tickets depending on the number of Tissot watches purchased at the Tissot at Rockwell Nepo Pop-up.
5. Clients who will reserve any Rockwell Nepo condominium unit from July 28, 2023 to August 17, 2023 and complete with the following requirements (Buyer’s Information Sheet, Reservation Agreement, Signed Unit Layout, and submitted Downpayment) within the promo duration are entitled to receive a Rockwell Nepo Elite Pass.

a. A customer/client is entitled to receive a multiplier ticket depending on the Rockwell at Nepo Center unit type they reserved. The multiplier are as follows:

Two Bedroom	30 Raffle Tickets

6. Should a customer/client purchase more than one (1) Rockwell Nepo condominium unit, they are eligible to get the corresponding quantity of raffle tickets they are entitled to receive following the Rockwell Nepo Elite Pass multiplier.
7. Eligible customers/clients who purchased a Tissot watch from the pop-up are free to designate any name on their raffle ticket, as long as they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
8. Eligible customers/clients who purchased a Rockwell Nepo condominium unit should name their raffle ticket after the name registered in the booking requirements.
9. Customers/Clients should deposit their raffle tickets in the designated drop boxes. Drop boxes are conveniently located in two venues: the Rockwell Nepo Sales Lounge, Ground Floor, eNtec 1, Teresa Avenue, Nepo Center, Angeles City, Pampanga and at the Rockwell Sales Lounge at R1 Level, Power Plant Mall, Makati. Should a customer/client be unable to drop their raffle ticket, their respective Sales Executives can drop off their raffle ticket on their behalf.
10. Customers who will be needing assistance may reach out to their respective Sales Executive and/or concierge of the Tissot at Rockwell Nepo Pop-up.
11. Rockwell Land shall be manually raffling off two (2) Category 1- FIBA Tickets for the August 25, 2023, Philippines vs Dominican Republic Game, and one (1) Tissot Seastar 2000 on August 18, 2023, 3PM at the Rockwell Nepo Sales Lounge located at Ground Floor, eNtec 1, Nepo Center, Angeles City, Pampanga. The draw dates and prize are as follows:

12. The deadline for submission of raffle entries is on August 17, 2023 at exactly 8PM.
13. The raffle draw will be held at the Rockwell Nepo Sales Lounge at Ground Floor, eNtec 1, Nepo Center, Angeles City, Pampanga on August 18, 2023 at exactly 3PM in the presence of representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
14. The prizes are transferable and not convertible to cash.
15. A person can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner can choose the prize that they prefer.
16. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Rockwell Land Corporation and Lucerne Group free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize
17. Raffle draw winners will be notified by Rockwell Land through the email and SMS indicated in the raffle ticket.
18. To claim the prize, the winners shall present a valid I.D. (driver’s license, work I.D., passport, school I.D., etc.), the raffle stub, and the registered notice at the Rockwell Nepo Sales Lounge located at the Ground Floor, eNtec 1, Nepo Center, Angeles City, Pampanga or at the Rockwell Sales Lounge, R1 Level, Power Plant Mall, Makati.
19. Rockwell Land will shoulder all taxes of the prizes.
